The Role

Play a key role in coordinating facilities-related services and ensuring efficiency, including


  • Manage the business ticket system, ensuring requests are logged, tracked, and resolved

  • Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure service-level agreements are met

  • Prepare departmental reports for management meetings and audits

  • Process contractor invoices and resolve any financial discrepancies

  • Issue and manage company access cards, ensuring security compliance



About You

Bring your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to this fast-paced role


  • Strong data management and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

  • Effective communication skills to work with employees, contractors, and management

  • Experience with ticketing systems or facilities management software (desirable)

  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety compliance (desirable)

  • Experience handling invoices or financial processes (desirable)
