Are you ready to join a dynamic team and play a key role in managing and improving financial accuracy? A wealth solutions company is looking for a meticulous Senior Administrator to take ownership of asset reconciliations in a fast-paced environment for a 12 month contract.

The Role

Take charge of reconciling security positions and ensure accurate financial reporting statements


  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reconciliations across multiple systems

  • Investigate and resolve unit holding discrepancies by liaising with internal teams and external Fund Managers

  • Ensure compliance with local procedures, guidelines, and service standards

  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness

  • Monitor and manage work queues, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
