The Role

In this fast-paced and varied role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, offering assistance and support across multiple channels.


  • Provide professional and efficient service to customers via phone and online channels

  • Support customers with technical, service, and sales queries while promoting products and services

  • Ensure successful resolutions of customer issues and follow up on next steps to ensure satisfaction

  • Handle customer registrations, data input, and maintain accurate customer records

  • Work closely with internal teams to inform them of customer issues that may need attention

  • Embody company values and strengthen customer relationships with every interaction

  • Comply with relevant regulations, health and safety policies, and security requirements

You are a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a drive to solve problems efficiently and professionally.


  • Experience in customer-facing roles with a passion for providing outstanding service

  • Strong telephone manner, listening skills, and ability to simplify complex information

  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility for customer issues from start to finish

  • Happy to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

  • Interest in technology and a desire to keep up with advancements in the industry
