- Communicate accurately with investors and professional advisors to manage and administer fund administration clients
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and assist team members as needed
- Set up and maintain accurate and complete records for client entities
- Prepare and follow up on client reviews, ensuring compliance with risk ratings
- Complete compliance documentation and maintain up-to-date client knowledge
- Develop strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, providing high standards of care
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of investor records in company systems
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and legislation
- Carry out additional duties as required for the role
About You
Bring your expertise and enthusiasm to make an impact.
- Hold or be willing to work towards a professional qualification e.g. ACCA, ICSA, STEP
- Broad knowledge of trust and company administration, with accounting or fund knowledge preferred
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong academic background and IT proficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident interacting with colleagues at all levels
- Self-motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
