The Role

A varied and rewarding role supporting fund administration clients.


  • Communicate accurately with investors and professional advisors to manage and administer fund administration clients

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and assist team members as needed

  • Set up and maintain accurate and complete records for client entities

  • Prepare and follow up on client reviews, ensuring compliance with risk ratings

  • Complete compliance documentation and maintain up-to-date client knowledge

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, providing high standards of care

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of investor records in company systems

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and legislation

  • Carry out additional duties as required for the role



About You

  • Hold or be willing to work towards a professional qualification e.g. ACCA, ICSA, STEP

  • Broad knowledge of trust and company administration, with accounting or fund knowledge preferred

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills

  • Strong academic background and IT proficiency

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Confident interacting with colleagues at all levels

  • Self-motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional demeanour and client focused approach
