- Lead the HR strategy for the Authority in alignment with the 2024-2027 Strategy
- Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, performance management, training, and policy development
- Enhance and foster a high-performance, inclusive, and diverse work environment
- Contribute to the development of the authority Staff Handbook and HR protocols
- Manage and improve employee engagement and well-being initiatives
- Provide strategic oversight of the Authoritys finance and facilities management functions
- Report on budget and expenditure, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Oversee health and safety practices across the organisation

- Extensive experience in strategic leadership and HR management
- Proven track record in fostering a high-performance culture and developing people
