Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic team? An accountancy practice is seeking a dedicated Scanning Administrator to play a key role in managing records and ensuring seamless office operations.

The Role

Take charge of records management and contribute to essential office administration tasks.


  • Prepare files for scanning and ensure accurate digitisation of records

  • Maintain and update the Records Management database

  • Support the team with archiving, filing, and document organisation

  • Assist with compliance requirements, including GDPR obligations

  • Handle occasional physical tasks, such as moving files and boxes



About You

You'll be a proactive team player with excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.


  • Previous experience in an office environment, including scanning and archiving

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Laserfiche is an advantage

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with colleagues and management

  • Discretion, diplomacy, and a commitment to delivering quality work
