- Prepare files for scanning and ensure accurate digitisation of records
- Maintain and update the Records Management database
- Support the team with archiving, filing, and document organisation
- Assist with compliance requirements, including GDPR obligations
- Handle occasional physical tasks, such as moving files and boxes
About You
You'll be a proactive team player with excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.
- Previous experience in an office environment, including scanning and archiving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Laserfiche is an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with colleagues and management
- Discretion, diplomacy, and a commitment to delivering quality work
