Location: Isle of Man (Office space provided at NSC)
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Paid)
To work either:
  • 21 hours per week, year-round (52 weeks)
  • 28 hours per week, term-time only (39 weeks)

    Isle of Man Netball (IOMN) is a volunteer-led organisation dedicated to growing netball for all ages, genders, and abilities. With 700 plus active members and a strong community spirit, our mission is to create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where players, coaches, and officials can reach their full potential.

    About the Role
    We're on the lookout for a driven Netball Development Officer (NDO) to spearhead the growth of netball across the Isle of Man. You'll play a crucial role in implementing grassroots initiatives, developing school-club links, supporting coaches and volunteers, and strengthening netball's governance structures.

    If you're passionate about sport development and thrive on creating opportunities for people to engage in netball, this role is for you!

    Person Specification

    • Experience creating and implementing sports development plans with measurable goals

    • Proven track record in working with sports clubs, coaches, and volunteers

    • Ability to engage and inspire people of all ages and backgrounds

    • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills

    • Excellent time management with flexibility to work evenings and weekends



    Requirements

    • Full valid driving licence with access to a vehicle

    • Satisfactory enhanced DBS check
