21 hours per week, year-round (52 weeks)
28 hours per week, term-time only (39 weeks)

About the Role
We're on the lookout for a driven Netball Development Officer (NDO) to spearhead the growth of netball across the Isle of Man. You'll play a crucial role in implementing grassroots initiatives, developing school-club links, supporting coaches and volunteers, and strengthening netball's governance structures.

Person Specification
- Experience creating and implementing sports development plans with measurable goals
- Proven track record in working with sports clubs, coaches, and volunteers
- Ability to engage and inspire people of all ages and backgrounds
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Excellent time management with flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Requirements
- Full valid driving licence with access to a vehicle
- Satisfactory enhanced DBS check
