The Role

A varied and rewarding position overseeing client relationships and leading a small team.


  • Manage a portfolio of clients across general accountancy and trust services

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, taxation, and VAT returns

  • Administer companies with a diverse range of client needs

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

  • Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members

  • Communicate effectively with managers, partners, and compliance teams

  • Conduct appraisals, training sessions, and attend management meetings



About You

You are a motivated professional with strong technical skills and leadership potential.


  • Part-qualified or final-year ACCA or ACA trainee

  • Newly qualified or some post-qualification experience

  • Practice-trained with a keen interest in general accountancy and trust services

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members

  • Confident, diplomatic, and proactive in client management

  • Audit experience is not required
