- Maintain and update broker files, ensuring accurate records
- Assist with onboarding brokers, setting up terms of business, and processing cancellations
- Support the migration and clean-up of broker data
- Review and update procedures to enhance efficiency
- Ensure timely and professional communication with stakeholders
- Take ownership of administrative tasks and resolve queries effectively
About You
You are a detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service
- Experience in sales, financial services, or insurance (preferred)
- Knowledge of offshore financial markets and regulatory requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Competence in Microsoft applications including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel
