The Role

Lead and oversee key compliance and governance functions across the business.

• Company management and regulatory oversight


• Supervision of operator onboarding and adherence to applicable Isle of Man regulations


• Ensuring corporate governance aligns with group procedures and policies


• Representing the company with local authorities


• Attending board and committee meetings


• Managing the Corporate Compliance and Due Diligence teams


• Supervising day to day compliance operations and team performance


• Developing and enforcing onboarding and risk protection strategies


• Ensuring adherence to evolving AML & FAFT frameworks and other compliance obligations


• Driving improvements in systems, processes, and operational compliance


• Collaborating with legal, finance, and commercial teams to ensure alignment

About You

A proactive leader with a deep understanding of corporate compliance and regulatory frameworks.

• Extensive experience in compliance, governance, or regulatory roles


• Extensive experience within the gaming industry


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams


• Excellent knowledge of AML, FAFT requirements, and corporate due diligence


• Proven ability to navigate and implement regulatory changes


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills


• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
