The Role

Be the backbone of new business operations, providing vital support to advisers and clients


  • Process new business applications accurately and efficiently

  • Produce and maintain documentation for Source of Wealth, Territory Decisions and KYC/AML

  • Respond to client and adviser queries, ensuring satisfaction and resolution

  • Contribute to team success by mentoring junior staff and sharing expertise

  • Ensure all tasks adhere to regulatory compliance and company policies



About You

You'll bring a proactive mindset and excellent organisational abilities to this busy and varied role


  • Experience in financial services or a customer-facing administration role

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively

  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills

  • A strong understanding of AML/KYC requirements
