About You
You are a strategic and results-driven leader with a strong background in operations and process management
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
- Extensive of experience in an operations and processing environment
- Proven experience managing complex operations within corporate financial services
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking transactions, corporate banking, and governance
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and risk management frameworks
- Proficiency in process management, automation, and resource optimisation
