- Manage relationships for a portfolio of captive insurance clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery
- Identify client service requirements and oversee the client service team to maintain high standards
- Handle insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required
- Ensure clients' objectives and priorities are met while driving best practices and innovation
- Support the implementation of strategic objectives within the business
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within the captive insurance sector
- Develop a strong understanding of the captive insurance industry and regulatory environment
- Promote a culture of collaboration, effective communication, and professionalism
About You
You are a client-focused professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellence
- Proven experience in insurance within a broking, account handling, or client executive role
- Professional qualification such as ACII or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in leading client engagements and projects proactively
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to drive innovation and identify new business opportunities
- Experience within the captive or risk management sector is highly desirable
