Are you an experienced administrator, seeking a contract option? Join a dynamic team that plays a pivotal role in asset management and customer service excellence.

The Role

As a Senior Administrator in the Asset Data team, you will ensure the smooth running of asset setup and maintenance, with a key focus on providing outstanding customer care and continuous improvement.


  • Undertake all activities to process customer service requests in accordance with procedures and guidelines
  • Liaise with fund houses and relevant parties to chase outstanding documents or information

  • Work closely with internal technical authorities to resolve queries

  • Check the quality of your own and others work to ensure it meets customer expectations

  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities to enhance service delivery

  • Maintain up to date and useful procedure notes for the team

  • Ensure timely completion of work in line with service standards

  • Manage the team mailbox and distribute work based on skillsets and growth opportunities

  • Liaise with internal partners to ensure compliance with policies

  • Deliver team training and support colleagues across the business

  • Assist with project work and identify IT issues when required

  • Accountable for processing client requests within agreed timescales

  • Regularly analyse team and personal performance data

  • Ensure risks are identified and mitigated as part of the risk framework



About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be available for a 12 month Fixed term contract, proactive team player with strong attention to detail and a focus on service excellence.


  • Experience in asset data management or a similar administrative role

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Strong communication skills and a team oriented attitude

  • Proven ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Proficiency in office software and the ability to adapt to new systems

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Experience in delivering training or supporting team development

  • Knowledge of risk management practices
