The Role

Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems while assisting in the implementation and maintenance of computing infrastructure.

• Provide advanced technical support for complex issues escalated from 1st and 2nd tier support teams


• Assist in the design implementation and maintenance of a robust IT infrastructure including servers networks and cloud services


• Monitor system performance identify potential issues and implement solutions to optimise performance and minimise downtime


• Support security teams in implementing and managing security measures to protect data and systems


• Collaborate with business stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT services


• Assist in the implementation of IT projects to enhance infrastructure and support business objectives


• Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance upgrades patching and operational support
