Are you an experienced compliance professional looking for a dynamic role in a fast paced financial environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation, providing expert support and guidance to relationship managers while ensuring best-in-class regulatory compliance.

The Role

Support relationship managers with compliance matters and act as the first line of defence.


  • Provide practical assistance and advice on trust and company administration compliance

  • Oversee and manage a small team delivering operational compliance support

  • Review and manage records related to conflicts of interest, breaches, complaints, and operational incidents

  • Monitor exceptions, recommendations, and other regulatory matters requiring resolution

  • Assist relationship managers with customer risk assessments and risk screening processes

  • Provide training and refresher sessions on AML, CFT and compliance matters

  • Support business heads in ensuring policies, procedures, and workflows align with regulatory requirements

  • Maintain and update compliance records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

  • Attend risk and compliance committee meetings and contribute to regulatory projects

  • Work collaboratively with teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure consistent compliance practices



About You

You will have a strong background in financial services compliance with excellent interpersonal skills.


  • Previous experience in the finance industry, ideally within the fiduciary sector

  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines

  • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Confidence to provide practical compliance advice while balancing risk management and commercial considerations

  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and with complex financial products
