- Provide practical assistance and advice on trust and company administration compliance
- Oversee and manage a small team delivering operational compliance support
- Review and manage records related to conflicts of interest, breaches, complaints, and operational incidents
- Monitor exceptions, recommendations, and other regulatory matters requiring resolution
- Assist relationship managers with customer risk assessments and risk screening processes
- Provide training and refresher sessions on AML, CFT and compliance matters
- Support business heads in ensuring policies, procedures, and workflows align with regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update compliance records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Attend risk and compliance committee meetings and contribute to regulatory projects
- Work collaboratively with teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure consistent compliance practices
About You
You will have a strong background in financial services compliance with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in the finance industry, ideally within the fiduciary sector
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel
- Confidence to provide practical compliance advice while balancing risk management and commercial considerations
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and with complex financial products
