Are you passionate about people and creating a positive workplace culture? An LSE Listed Financial Services Group is looking for a proactive and dynamic Senior People & Culture Advisor to support key HR initiatives, drive employee engagement, and ensure best practices across the organisation.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving HR excellence


  • Provide advice and support on employee relations matters to ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures

  • Administrative responsibilities

  • Champion employee wellbeing initiatives, including group schemes and Employee Assistance Programmes

  • Analyse people-related data and metrics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making

  • Streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities through People & Culture systems

  • Manage payroll administration across multiple jurisdictions

  • Oversee group benefit schemes, including renewals and periodic reviews

  • Support reward and recognition initiatives to enhance employee experience

  • Manage recruitment campaigns, including role profiling, advertising, interviewing, and selection

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure best practices and compliance with equality legislation

  • Coordinate training and development initiatives and report on progress



About You

You are an HR professional with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of employment legislation, and a passion for employee engagement


  • Previous experience in a People & Culture, HR, or similar role

  • Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in Excel, particularly in data manipulation

  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices

  • Ability to analyse HR data and provide meaningful insights

  • Experience managing payroll and employee benefits

  • Confident in handling employee relations and supporting managers

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

  • Experience with HR systems and reporting tools
