- Provide advice and support on employee relations matters to ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures
- Administrative responsibilities
- Champion employee wellbeing initiatives, including group schemes and Employee Assistance Programmes
- Analyse people-related data and metrics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities through People & Culture systems
- Manage payroll administration across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee group benefit schemes, including renewals and periodic reviews
- Support reward and recognition initiatives to enhance employee experience
- Manage recruitment campaigns, including role profiling, advertising, interviewing, and selection
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure best practices and compliance with equality legislation
- Coordinate training and development initiatives and report on progress
About You
You are an HR professional with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of employment legislation, and a passion for employee engagement
- Previous experience in a People & Culture, HR, or similar role
- Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in Excel, particularly in data manipulation
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
- Ability to analyse HR data and provide meaningful insights
- Experience managing payroll and employee benefits
- Confident in handling employee relations and supporting managers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with HR systems and reporting tools
