The Role

Providing essential administrative support across Account Services to ensure seamless operations.


  • Process debit card related instructions, internet banking registrations, and password, memorable date changes for personal and corporate clients
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to service standards, policies, and procedures

  • Maintain and update customer information in line with set processes

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with your manager



About You

A proactive and detail driven individual with a passion for delivering excellent service.


  • Previous experience in an administrative or banking operations role, preferred but not essential

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow set procedures accurately

  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to embrace change

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
