Our client are looking for a dedicated team member for a 6 month temporary contact who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards while meeting all regulatory requirements and timeframes.

The Role

- Complete reconciliations of stock and cash positions using interfaces, websites, and statements within specified timeframes
- Maintain accurate records of matched reconciliations
- Investigate and document reconciliation differences, working with relevant departments to resolve them within agreed timeframes
- Escalate unresolved reconciliation differences to senior colleagues when required
- Maintain knowledge of local regulations relevant to reconciliations
- Follow internal procedures and assist the line manager when necessary
- Participate in training and relevant qualifications to develop knowledge and skills
- Support the team by completing tasks within the cash and stock reconciliations checklist
About You
You have a keen eye for detail, a passion for accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced financial environment/
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong it skills across Microsoft applications, with excel knowledge being advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly for handling complex queries
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Trustworthy and transparent in all interactions
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Adaptable and able to think critically under pressure
