- Design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for new systems and upgrades
- Develop and deliver engaging system induction programmes for new joiners
- Manage and enhance the Learning Management System and global training platforms
- Support user acceptance testing for new system implementations
- Create and maintain facilitator guides and training materials
- Deliver training on document production and management systems
- Promote and manage online learning platforms to maximise employee development
About You
You are an enthusiastic and knowledgeable IT training professional with strong technical skills and a passion for engaging and effective learning
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Word
- Experience with document management, billing and client relationship management systems
- Proven ability to deliver training in both one-on-one and group settings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team
- Some training experience, ideally within a professional services environment
- Formal training qualification preferred but not essential
- Experience managing a Learning Management System and developing eLearning content desirable
