Are you a fluent Italian speaker with a passion for customer service? A a digital payments company is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their dynamic operations team, providing top-tier support to customers worldwide

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to assist customers with their queries while ensuring smooth operations and security


  • Respond to customer queries across multiple communication channels

  • Guide customers in using the app, features, and services

  • Conduct identity verification and screening processes

  • Monitor transactions, identify risks, and take appropriate action

  • Process withdrawals, transfers, and review pending transactions

  • Handle system and transaction alerts as per company guidelines

  • Investigate and dispute chargebacks, returns, and reversed transactions

  • Report any suspicious activity in line with AML/CFT policies

  • Liaise with third-party providers, suppliers, and payment processors

  • Assist with translations and content updates as required

  • Support ad-hoc projects and operational tasks as needed



About You

You are a problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers


  • Proficient in both English and Italian

  • Some experience in a customer-facing role

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent typing skills

  • Previous experience in online payments or fraud prevention is advantageous

  • Familiarity with global document verification, KYC, and AML procedures

  • Experience in content management and translations is a plus

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
