- Oversee the management of an extensive portfolio of UHNW clients
- Ensure quality administration and governance in line with regulatory requirements
- Strategically plan and direct team workloads to optimise operational and financial performance
- Develop, retain, and enhance relationships with clients, advisers, and intermediaries
- Attend and lead client meetings, both on and off-site
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the team

- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Experience working with UHNW clients and complex structures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
