A leading independent provider of corporate, private client and retirement planning services is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Compliance Administrator to join their team, ensuring regulatory excellence and best practices

The Role

Join a dynamic team where you will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting best practices


  • Review KYC/CDD documents for individuals and entities

  • Conduct screening checks and internet searches on individuals and entities

  • Ensure KYC/CDD compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements

  • Assist with client risk assessments and PEP screening



About You

You are a highly organised and analytical individual with a passion for compliance and attention to detail


  • Good knowledge of compliance and the regulatory environment

  • Working knowledge of offshore trust and corporate structures

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A keen interest in ongoing professional development and training, with an ICA accreditation being advantageous
