Take ownership of regulatory compliance and drive policy transformation across international offices
- Lead the implementation of strategic and policy changes to ensure ongoing compliance with AEOI regulations
- Act as the subject matter expert for all jurisdictions, conducting impact assessments on legislative changes such as CRS amendments and the CARF
- Manage and coordinate AEOI-related projects, including takeovers, historic reporting remediation, and new business integration
- Provide expert guidance on FATCA/CRS documentation, including self-certifications and W-series forms
- Maintain Group FATCA GIINs and ensure compliance with periodic certifications
- Advise teams across trust, company, and pension products on client classification and external banking queries
- Develop and deliver FATCA/CRS training programmes for international offices
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to improve AEOI processes and reporting efficiency
About You
You are a regulatory compliance specialist with a deep understanding of FATCA and CRS, capable of leading change and advising across multiple jurisdictions
- Extensive experience in FATCA/CRS classification and reporting within a multi-jurisdictional fiduciary environment
- Strong working knowledge of FATCA/CRS documentation, regulatory requirements, and reporting obligations
- Proficiency in handling large volumes of data, particularly in CSV, Excel, and XML formats
- Prior experience in engaging with regulators and remediating historical AEOI reporting
- Ability to develop and deliver training programmes for international teams
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex regulatory information clearly
- High levels of integrity and ethical conduct with a proactive approach to compliance
