Are you an experienced accounting professional looking for a leadership role where you can make a real impact? Our client is seeking an Associate Director to join their Client Accounting team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the Isle of Man

The Role

Lead and inspire a high-performing team while ensuring excellent client service and operational effectiveness

• Oversee all internal and external accounts and tax returns


• Manage key client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and deliverables


• Drive operational excellence by improving processes and maximising efficiency


• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and professional intermediaries


• Act as deputy to the Client Accounting Director and potentially serve as an Alternate Director

About You

We are looking for a proactive and strategic leader with strong technical expertise

• ACA or ACCA qualified with a practising certificate


• Previous experience in fiduciary services


• Strong analytical and numerical skills


• Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and work under pressure
