Are you an experienced compliance professional with a keen eye for detail? Our client is looking for a dedicated AEOI Administrator to join their tax team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while supporting wider fiduciary and administrative functions

The Role

Play a key role in the AEOI reporting process and compliance procedures


  • Monitor and control the AEOI reporting process annually

  • Assist with the classification of client entities under AEOI regulations

  • Provide support on CRS/FATCA requirements to fiduciary and administration teams

  • Review self-certification forms from third parties

  • Ensure records are accurate and up to date within internal systems

  • Offer training and support to internal teams on AEOI compliance

  • Engage with the Income Tax Division on reporting queries



About You

We are looking for a compliance professional with strong knowledge of AEOI regulations and excellent organisational skills


  • Previous experience in a CRS/FATCA role

  • Understanding of Isle of Man FATCA and CRS guidance

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory legislation and industry FAQs

  • Experience managing projects would be an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines with accuracy

  • Familiarity with ViewPoint software is desirable

  • A proactive and professional approach to compliance and reporting
