Isle of Man Netball (IOMN) is looking for a passionate and visionary Brand Director to join their Board and lead the development of a strong, unified brand strategy that raises the profile of netball across the Island.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of one of the Isle of Man's most dynamic sports organisations. With over 700 members and a growing community, we're committed to making netball accessible, inclusive, and inspiring for all.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement IOMN's brand strategy
- Ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all channels
- Oversee PR, digital marketing, website, and social media content
- Lead innovative marketing campaigns and community activations
- Work closely with other Directors to align brand with commercial and participation goals
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in marketing, PR, or brand development
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong writing skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to inspire, influence and work collaboratively
- Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with hands-on delivery
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Passion for netball or sport in general
- Knowledge of governance and compliance within sports organisations
- Experience managing websites, digital content, or e-commerce functionality
- Previous experience working with sponsors or commercial partners
