A dynamic position overseeing company secretarial duties and client administration
- Carry out company secretarial duties from incorporation to liquidation
- Collate, prepare and circulate Board, Committee and shareholder meeting papers
- Draft, approve and manage minutes for key meetings
- Oversee shareholder registers, share allocations, and governance record-keeping
- Ensure regulatory compliance with AML, FSA, and stock exchange regulations
- Manage client onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessments
- Assist with client bank account openings and transaction monitoring
