Description

Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for corporate governance and regulatory compliance? Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their team for 3-6 months and play a vital role in managing a portfolio of fund and company clients.

The Role

A dynamic position overseeing company secretarial duties and client administration


  • Carry out company secretarial duties from incorporation to liquidation

  • Collate, prepare and circulate Board, Committee and shareholder meeting papers

  • Draft, approve and manage minutes for key meetings

  • Oversee shareholder registers, share allocations, and governance record-keeping

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with AML, FSA, and stock exchange regulations

  • Manage client onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessments

  • Assist with client bank account openings and transaction monitoring



About You

A proactive and organised professional with a strong background in corporate administration and compliance


  • Experience in company secretarial duties and governance

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance processes

  • Familiarity with fund administration and investor relations

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex documentation

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
