- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Provide input into Group financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
- Manage cash flow, including the monitoring of cash balances and forecasts
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the boards of directors
- Partner with jurisdictional management teams to ensure their understanding of financial matters
- Support strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices
About You
A proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Experience in fiduciary and fund services, financial services, or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
