An independent global provider of bespoke fund, corporate and private wealth services. is seeking a talented individual to take ownership of financial operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight.

The Role

A hands-on role overseeing financial reporting and strategic financial management


  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements

  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

  • Provide input into Group financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements

  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations

  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities

  • Manage cash flow, including the monitoring of cash balances and forecasts

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the boards of directors

  • Partner with jurisdictional management teams to ensure their understanding of financial matters

  • Support strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices



About You

A proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical and leadership skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred

  • Experience in fiduciary and fund services, financial services, or a related industry

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of integrity and professionalism

  • Resilient, adaptable, and confident in decision-making

  • 'Can do' attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
