- Expertise in AML compliance, including KYC, CDD and EDD
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to engage and motivate a team
- Experience within the Life Assurance industry is desirable
- Competent in Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Excel
