Do you have a natural flair for resolving issues and delighting customers? An energy supplier is looking for a calm, capable and proactive professional to manage resolutions and front-of-house duties with confidence and care.

The Role

  • Manage and investigate customer complaints professionally and efficiently

  • Provide clear, timely resolutions while keeping accurate records

  • Collect and analyse customer feedback and CSAT scores

  • Deliver reception duties with warmth and professionalism

  • Support with administrative tasks and customer enquiries



About You

You will be the calm in the storm, bringing empathy and professionalism to every interaction - a relevant qualification is essential.


  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills

  • Experience in complaints or customer resolution roles

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and customer service systems

  • Proactive multitasker with a positive attitude

  • Empathetic, resilient and detail-oriented
