The Role

Play a vital role in delivering smooth, accurate and customer-focused revenue operations


  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly billing processes

  • Conduct audits and correct inaccuracies swiftly

  • Apply payments, oversee Direct Debits and clear transactions

  • Support customers with invoice queries and disputes

  • Identify process improvements and performance enhancements



About You

You will be a detail-driven problem solver with strong financial acumen - a relevant qualification is essential


  • Experience in billing, finance and customer service

  • Ability to manage full billing cycles and resolve issues professionally

  • Numerate and confident with data analysis and reporting

  • Skilled at identifying improvements and supporting change

  • Organised and proficient in payment and credit control systems
