The Role

Inspire engagement and champion the brand through innovative and results-driven marketing leadership

• Lead the development and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns


• Manage a 12-month rolling marketing calendar to drive brand and sales growth


• Define and evolve brand strategy across all consumer, business and employer touchpoints


• Oversee post-campaign performance analysis and reporting


• Manage external creative, PR and digital agencies


• Deliver reputation-protecting PR and issues management strategies


• Lead and develop a high-performing cross-market marketing team


• Take ownership of the marketing budget and ensure return on investment

About You

You bring strategic thinking, creative flair and essential leadership skills to the world of marketing

• Strong marketing or communications experience and experience in a senior leadership role is essential


• Proven success in brand development and long-term product marketing strategy


• In-depth understanding of consumer and business telecoms products


• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align marketing with business outcomes


• Hands-on campaign management and measurement expertise


• Skilled in leveraging digital communication channels and managing external agencies


• Experience leading and motivating teams across multiple locations
