Are you a strategic leader with a passion for exceptional client service and regulatory excellence? Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Client Manager to oversee operations, elevate customer experience and ensure compliance in their fast-paced, people-first investment business

The Role

Lead and inspire teams to deliver a client-centric service within a regulated environment


  • Oversee Client Service, New Business and Payments teams to drive service delivery and satisfaction

  • Implement strategies to improve onboarding and service excellence

  • Ensure AML compliance and adherence to regulatory standards

  • Act as a point of escalation for client issues and provide timely resolutions

  • Assess and approve account opening, periodic reviews and payments

  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, feedback and performance evaluation



About You

You are a confident people manager with a sharp eye for compliance and client experience

  • Strong experience in the financial services sector in a client-focused role is essential

  • Strong understanding of IOM financial regulatory requirements, including AML and CFT risk

  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities

  • Experience onboarding complex structures is an advantage

  • Professional management qualifications are desirable

  • Strong knowledge of the finance and professional services industry
