Lead and inspire teams to deliver a client-centric service within a regulated environment
- Oversee Client Service, New Business and Payments teams to drive service delivery and satisfaction
- Implement strategies to improve onboarding and service excellence
- Ensure AML compliance and adherence to regulatory standards
- Act as a point of escalation for client issues and provide timely resolutions
- Assess and approve account opening, periodic reviews and payments
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, feedback and performance evaluation
About You
You are a confident people manager with a sharp eye for compliance and client experience
- Strong experience in the financial services sector in a client-focused role is essential
- Strong understanding of IOM financial regulatory requirements, including AML and CFT risk
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
- Experience onboarding complex structures is an advantage
- Professional management qualifications are desirable
- Strong knowledge of the finance and professional services industry
