The Role

Step into a key front-line position where no two days are the same


  • Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth

  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing enquiries appropriately

  • Coordinate appointments and meetings and support secretarial staff when needed

  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, scanning and data entry

  • Coordinate deliveries, couriers and post for the office

  • Maintain the company archiving database

  • Support colleagues with a range of ad hoc tasks to keep things running smoothly

  • Oversee operations and maintenance across four office locations



About You

Bring a confident, professional presence and a knack for keeping things running like clockwork - previous experience is ideal!


  • Proven experience as a receptionist, ideally in a legal or professional services setting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm and welcoming manner

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident using office equipment

  • A proactive approach and willingness to support a busy, collaborative team
