- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing enquiries appropriately
- Coordinate appointments and meetings and support secretarial staff when needed
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, scanning and data entry
- Coordinate deliveries, couriers and post for the office
- Maintain the company archiving database
- Support colleagues with a range of ad hoc tasks to keep things running smoothly
- Oversee operations and maintenance across four office locations
About You
Bring a confident, professional presence and a knack for keeping things running like clockwork - previous experience is ideal!
- Proven experience as a receptionist, ideally in a legal or professional services setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm and welcoming manner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident using office equipment
- A proactive approach and willingness to support a busy, collaborative team
