The Role

Be the go-to person for customer support and administration


  • Respond to customer email enquiries and calls with professionalism and care

  • Accurately process daily orders and returns

  • Update and maintain customer and patient records

  • Work closely with staff to ensure a seamless service

  • Contribute ideas for improvement and innovation



About You

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset to thrive in this varied role


  • 5 GCSEs at grades 9-5 (A*-C), including English, Science and Maths are essential

  • Previous experience in customer service and administration

  • Confident verbal and written communication

  • Well-organised and able to multitask efficiently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Comfortable following standard operating procedures

  • Typing speed and attention to detail
