The Role

Play a key part in delivering first-class trust and company administration across an international client portfolio.


  • Build and nurture client relationships through tailored support and solutions

  • Manage new business administration including client onboarding and compliance documentation

  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet client needs

  • Develop strong banking relationships to ensure smooth onboarding processes

  • Support the administration of trusts and companies within your portfolio

  • Collaborate with compliance and corporate governance teams to uphold regulatory standards



About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with proven trust experience and a passion for client service


  • STEP qualification or working towards it is essential

  • Previous experience in trust and corporate services is required

  • Strong understanding of trust and company administration including statutory and regulatory knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Good compliance awareness and commitment to continuous development
