The Role

Manage and administer a diverse portfolio of Trust and Company structures, your accountabilities will include:


  • Oversee day-to-day Trust and Company administration for clients

  • Maintain direct client and intermediary contact

  • Utilise working knowledge of Trust and Company Accounts

  • Produce Minutes and manage relationships with key clients and intermediaries

  • Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks



About You

A Trust and Corporate Service Provider are looking for a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in fiduciary services, and the following skills and experience:


  • Ability to produce quality work to strict deadlines

  • Technical knowledge of complex fiduciary structures

  • Strong communication skills and motivation to progress

  • Excellent working knowledge of Fiduciary Structures and Trust and Company Law

  • Relevant qualifications such as STEP or Governance Institute (ICSA)
