The Role

In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and effectively.


  • Be the single point of contact for inbound and outbound calls and online channels

  • Provide support on customer queries, faults, and service requests

  • Promote and advise on products and services including Fibre, broadband, and mobile

  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues while ensuring timely and clear communication

  • Perform routine administration tasks such as customer data management and order processing



About You

To excel in this role, you need to be customer-focused with a passion for solving problems.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a superb telephone manner

  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a high level of empathy

  • Self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Well organised with excellent problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable working shifts, including evenings and weekends

  • An interest in technology and a desire to learn new skills
