Looking to join a dynamic team where customer service is paramount? We're seeking a Member Support Advisor to provide top-notch assistance via live chat, email, and phone for our client, an international eGaming company. If you're ready to tackle challenges and deliver exceptional service, this could be the role for you! Applicants must be able to work on a shift basis, predominantly covering the 3pm to 11pm shift.

The Role

Ready to dive into a role where every day brings new enquiries? As a Member Support Advisor, you'll:

  • Respond to customer problems, enquiries, and complaints across multiple channels

  • Handle issues swiftly and efficiently, ensuring resolutions meet or exceed expectations

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and stay up-to-date on product knowledge

  • Collaborate with colleagues to follow internal procedures and address both internal and external issues

  • Identify customer needs, research problems thoroughly, and provide effective solutions


About You
Can you hit the ground running? You'll need:

  • KYC experience is essential

  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Experience with KYC processes and ideally, live chat support

  • The ability to turn around negative experiences and create positive outcomes

  • A background in the gaming industry would be advantageous

  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
