Provide key support to the IFA team and ensure the smooth operation of client services
- Assist the IFA team with a variety of administrative tasks
- Coordinate the �Private Client Review� diary and prepare meeting packs
- Prepare valuations and portfolio reports for private clients
- Handle client administration tasks such as fund switches, change of details, and death claims
- Work with the Paraplanning team on new business applications and documentation
- Answer client queries via phone, email, or post and build relationships with clients and providers
- Organise, monitor, and delegate daily tasks
About You
You're a proactive team player with excellent organisational skills and a commitment to customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Intelliflo CRM is desirable
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
