Lead the charge in mobile product management, guiding services from conception to execution
- Develop and manage mobile products and service strategies to support Operating Plans (AOP)
- Oversee products including Consumer Mobile Plans, Roaming, and Business Mobile Plans
- Maximise digital potential and enhance customer experience while minimising support costs
- Conduct in-depth reviews of the mobile product portfolio from multiple perspectives to align with business strategy
- Provide regular KPI, revenue, and research reports, along with competitor and customer insights
- Collaborate with various teams to forecast, budget, and maintain supplier relationships
About You

- Proven experience in managing products within the Consumer or SME market
- Strong understanding of IT & Telecommunications technologies and the market
- Experience in creating and executing product commercial and financial plans
- Effective communication skills, capable of presenting at C-Level
