- Capture, validate, and document complex business and system requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are in line with strategic goals
- Analyse large data sets and interpret them to inform business decisions
- Create and maintain documentation to support controls and quality assurance
- Execute test scenarios and facilitate user acceptance testing
About You
You'll need to bring experience and expertise to this fast-paced role
- Business Analyst certification
- Proven experience in a Business Analysis role, particularly in the banking sector
- Experience in payments SWIFT, and migration to ISO20022 standards
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Agile methodology and delivery experience
- Proven stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
