The Role
Dive into the world of structured finance with a role that demands precision and strategic analysis
- Evaluate customer credit data and financial statements to determine risk
- Prepare reports and assessments on credit worthiness
- Analyse audited accounts, management information, forecast cashflows, and budgets
- Monitor financial and non-financial covenants
- Approve onboarding and drawdown requests for Structured Finance clients
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide credit recommendations to the Credit Committee
- Reconcile credit files and identify discrepancies
- Adhere to internal policies and service levels
- Engage in ad hoc projects as needed
About You
You have a sharp eye for detail and a knack for making informed decisions under pressure
- Experience in sanctioning credit facilities within banking or asset finance industries
- Finance or accounting degree or equivalent
- Proven analytical experience in financial services
- Impeccable understanding of financial statements and lending concepts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Planning and organisational skills
- Professional and detail-oriented approach
- Knowledge of UK and IOM Regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with Block Discounting and Structured Finance products
