A leading provider of administration and compliance services, is looking for a Senior Administrator on a contract basis to join their Private Client team. The Role

You'll take charge of a diverse portfolio, ensuring top-tier administration and client satisfaction


  • Administer a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other entities, including complex cases

  • Act as the primary point of contact in client relationships

  • Ensure timely completion of tax returns and payment of tax liabilities

  • Manage the billing process and review billing summaries

  • Prepare minutes and meeting documents, and maintain database records

  • Provide daily support to the Manager and escalate issues/risks promptly



About You

You�re a seasoned professional with a strong background in trust and company administration


  • Strong experience in Trust and Company administration

  • Comprehensive understanding of Trust Administration, Company Law, and tax implications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICSA/STEP) or working towards one
