Are you experienced in new business and customer due diligence with a keen eye for detail? Our client, based in the South of the Island is looking for a Senior Customer Services Administrator to join their team, ensuring that new business applications are processed with precision and in compliance with regulatory standards

The Role

Take charge of reviewing and processing new business applications, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements, along with,


  • Review new business applications for quality and Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing compliance

  • Ensure applications are processed in line with internal guidelines and procedures

  • Contact Financial Advisers and Customers to obtain any outstanding information

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete



About You

You will bring a wealth of experience and a meticulous approach to this vital role as well as having,


  • Experience in Life Assurance, ideally within new business

  • Strong understanding of Isle of Man Financial Services Authority's AML and CFT guidelines

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
