The Role

Take responsibility for managing complex administrative tasks and providing outstanding service to clients and advisers


  • Accurately and efficiently complete both standard and complex administrative tasks

  • Manage case work from receipt to resolution, ensuring full ownership and customer satisfaction

  • Proactively and reactively engage with customers, advisers, and other parties via telephone, email, and letter

  • Ensure pended work is chased and closed within expected timescales

  • Participate in reviewing and updating procedures, contributing to process improvements

  • Support clients and advisers through the complaints process

  • Contribute to the development of team strategies and assist colleagues through training and support



About You

You are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good understanding of anti-money laundering regulations

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Decision-making skills within set guidelines and policies

  • PC literate, particularly with MS Office products

  • Adaptable to change and able to offer fresh perspectives on problem-solving
